Keeping Up with Change

We have over 25 years of successful experience in construction and business management. Before going into real estate, Rick worked in Oahu, Hawaii and Northern California in the construction and sheet metal industries, specializing in the design and fabrication of air conditioning duct work for commercial enterprises. Carol was the chief deputy clerk of court for the U.S. District Court in San Francisco and managed the departments of finance, budget, procurement, contracts, human resources, training, space and facilities management, and tenant improvements. Through our past experience, we both gained valuable expertise in contract negotiation and management as well as building maintenance and repair that directly benefits our real estate clients.
We stay meticulously up to date on real estate market trends and changes by regularly attending a wide variety of continuing educational classes and workshops. We tour 80-90 homes every month to finely tune our knowledge of home availability and pricing. We attend weekly office meetings to gain and exchange new information and ideas with our managing broker and colleagues.
